APET 

APET: (poly-ethylene-terephthalate)

Considered by many as an ideal material for plastic packaging with excellent clarity and print at a good price.

  • Eco – Produced with 100% natural occurring ingredients

  • Flexibility – Very easy to bend into all shapes.
  • Strength – Good impact and stress resistance & hard to tear.

  • Print – Very high-quality printing.
  • Creasing – Compatible with our soft-crease technology and many other specific applications.

RPET 

RPET: (recycled poly-ethylene-terephthalate)

The eco-friendly option of plastic material that offers excellent clarity and print like PET.

  • Eco – Produced with 30% post-consumer PET waste

  • Flexibility – Very easy to bend into all shapes.
  • Strength – Good impact and stress resistance. Hard to tear.

  • Print – Very high-quality printing.
  • Creasing – Compatible with our soft-crease technology and many other specific applications.

PETG 

PETG: (poly-ethylene-terephthalate glycol-modified)

The modified version of PET offers high impact resistance, not as easy to print on than other materials.

  • Eco – Produced with 100% natural occurring ingredient’s

  • Flexibility – Easy to bend into all shapes.
  • Strength – Very good impact and stress resistance, hard to tear.

  • Print – Very hard to print on and more prone to scratches.

  • Creasing – Compatible with our soft-crease technology and many other specific applications.

PVC 

PVC: (polyvinylchloride)

A cost-effective material which is harder to recycle than other materials in our plastic range.

  • Eco – Classed as a hard material to recycle.
  • Flexibility – Easy to bend into all shapes, some resistance.
  • Strength – Low impact strength.
  • Print – High-quality printing., material can go yellow from heat and UV light
  • Creasing – Soft-crease technology & many methods for specific applications.

PP 

PP: (polypropylene)

The lighter option at 35% less weight to other materials with very good flexibility at a good price.

  • Eco – Produced without water and zero harmful emissions

  • Flexibility – Extremely easy to bend into all shapes.
  • Strength – Extremely strong with good tear and crack resistance

  • Print – High-quality printing. The material has slight milky tinge.
  • Creasing – Unable to use soft-crease technology but can use others methods for specific applications.
